i really liked my stay. the staff were helpful. breakfast featured many choices and fresh juices. i used the complimentary tea in my room. the room size was perfect for what i needed.
the beach water felt too warm, so cooling off was difficult.

My room was a Premier Lagoon Access room. I got direct pool access which was pretty sweet. I liked the breakfast buffet it had high quality products, so that was a plus.
The reception staff was not nice at check-in. They werent greeting new guests and just looked annoyed when trying to get extra money from us. Buggy wait times was long. I waited at least 30 minutes with follow ups to get one.

I loved the lagoon pools. They are beautiful. the beach is kept very well. the main pool offered so much fun with many people around.

The breakfast was expansive and delicious (i especially liked the fresh juice station). our beautiful lagoon access room was steps away from the water. I could walk right into the lagoon from my patio.
The beach water was not very clean. It contained a lot of seaweed. the wait times for the golf carts were excessive, even when i was trying to get back to my room quickly.

the staff were helpful and cute. i especially liked the direct access to the pool from my room. cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel (that's always a plus for me).
ordering a buggy to get around the hotel could take a long time. the check-in process was slow and disorganized. there was confusion among guests at check-out (this can be frustrating).

The breakfast buffet had a HUGE variety. I sampled items from different cuisines, including Thai and Indian. Fresh juices were a GREAT touch. The complimentary Dilmah tea selection was nice. The room was spacious and well kept.
The AC in the room was quite loud. It made sleeping a little difficult! I wish the hotel would do something about this issue.

The resort is removed from the city center. It feels like a secluded THAI resort more than a city hotel. This provides a relaxing atmosphere. It is perfect for a getaway.
